Jim has been involved in the hospitality and real estate business since 1962 when his family purchased a small resort just north of Ocean City. Jim obtained his real estate license in 1977 and his brokers license in 1979. In 1996 he achieved the highest distinction for commercial agents recognized through the National Association of Realtors by obtaining his CCIM designation.

Jim has been involved with many of the major real estate transactions and projects happening locally including Seabrook, The Quinault Resort and Casino, the Ocean Shores Marina, Shilo Inn, Best Western and numerous others.
